Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment's like Sourcing, shortlisting, conducting telephonic interviews, and line up candidates.
Handling initial round of Interview in order to assess the candidate's Suitability, Attitude, Professional & Academic qualifications, Experience, Communication skills.
Handle verification of personal & educational background of the candidates. Responsible for joining formalities.
Maintain reports & trackers.
Supporting team for the HR Operations activities.
