As a Lead Designer, you will bring your graphic design knowledge and expertise to develop and input on design strategy of our courses. Having an awareness of market and industry trends is crucial and a natural flair for design is central to the role. You will have strong line management skills with the ability to coach junior members of the team, build a strong performance culture and be a leader in transforming Compliance Learning.

You will coordinate, delegate and communicate with designers and other stakeholders, including clients. Working in a supportive global team of highly experienced colleagues, you will deal with a breadth of interesting design work including:
• Leading the design of eLearning projects along with coaching a team of designers
• Understanding customer needs and articulating the brief clearly in specific deliverables
• Analyzing competitor products and industry trends in the eLearning context
• Visualizing and creating proof of concepts for specific requirements
• Providing effort and budget estimates for presales and other design work
• Managing and delegating a team of designers; day to day line management, utilisation, coaching, upskilling and performance management if needed
• Reviewing, editing designs produced by the team so they align with a theme or requirements
• Building rapport and relationships with management and Sales teams
• Communicating and collaborating with designers and stakeholders across functions
• Strong media design expertise in an eLearning context; from concept visualization to development on relevant industry tools
• Supporting with creative input, client meetings, presentations and documentation
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and collaboration
