* Duties and Responsibilities - Key Deliverables: o Build new capabilities to drive Consumer Durable business. o, Create & drive consumer tech capabilities to facilitate customer acquisition at the point of sale. o, Create a self-service platform & Integrations for OEM partners. o Creating new capabilities of smart data entry like smart fill & auto-fill. o, End-to-end development from proof of concept to delivery and testing of developments. o Taking new initiatives to market which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure the success of initiatives. o Understanding of current processes and proposing refinement from time to time. o Liaising with IT team for development & closure of new projects. o Liaising with multiple stakeholders for requirement closure and delivery of projects like Risk Operations Business Marketing Legal & compliance customer service Data science & BIU., * Thorough understanding of current policies and processes being followed in the Sales finance business. Functional understanding of Salesforce platform, Integrations through APIs, databases, and system integrations. Hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, UAT, and deployments. Capable of interacting with Teams and field members. Should be capable of understanding field issues and converting them into actionable improvements. MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience or Graduate with an experience of 8 to 9 years. Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial institutions in Consumer Financing. Go-getter, Positive attitude, and team player. Ability to develop and nurture a team.
