Roles & Responsibilities:
• To manage a range of clinical services
• Deliver a range of objectives and performance indicators
• Daily Operations - Doctor Scheduling in terms of OPD and OT, Performance, High-Risk Cases Management, CnP, Training & Utilization
• Tech Utilization and Adoption of Doctors on EMR, Hospital Chat Platforms
• Ensure systems are in place to monitor and evaluate performance against service Objectives.
• Prepare and annually update service development plans, Develop and maintain effective communication both within the services and with relevant stakeholders;
• Able to provide “on-call” support to teams as required by the organization.
