Dear All,

Audit & Inspection HR Personnel & Compliance functions of the Company & venders for big brand organizations like Hero Moto Corp, Indospace, Amazon & GE T&D etc.
2. Responsible for all statutory requirements under various labor legislations for better statutory compliances management.
3. Preparing audit report and MIS to track the non-compliances issues and to rectify the issues on time and reporting to the Manager and Zonal Manager.
4. Follow ups and giving timely instruction for new or amendments related to labor law and responsible to ensure the implementation.
5. Audit of payroll according to state wise deduction under various acts like PF, ESI, LWF & Bonus, Gratuity, professional tax, minimum wages, payment of wages, CLRA, BOCW.
6. Ensuring the salary must be disburse on time.
7. Analyze & Control Overtime & Absenteeism, Salary & Wages Administration (Pay roll
8. Management.
9. Timely making plan to visit projects location to inspect the implementation of guidelines.
10. Maintaining Liaison with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations, local & state level labor department, licensing & inspection authorities, contract labor licensing authorities & other government Agencies.
11. Ensuring timely submission of returns & statistical data under various labor & employment acts.
